What does the proposal planning process include?
Our planning process is designed to remove the stress and elevate the romance. We handle everything: from crafting personalized moments tailored to your love story to coordinating vendors, securing the location, and managing full setup and cleanup. You simply show up and propose.
What do I need to bring?
Just the ring and your partner. We take care of everything else. If we need anything additional from you, we’ll let you know during the consultation.
Do you help with choosing the perfect proposal location?
Absolutely. As experienced proposal planners, we’ll guide you to the best proposal locations in Los Angeles, Malibu, and Orange County. Based on the vision you describe, we match you with the ideal spot: beach, park, rooftop, garden, or private venue.
Can I book additional services, like photographer or musicians?
Yes! You can enhance your proposal with add-ons such as a professional photographer, videographer, drone footage, violinist, guitarist, luxury florals, custom letters, or even a personalized love-story video. Just let us know what you’re dreaming of.
What areas do you serve?
We create unforgettable proposal moments across Los Angeles, Malibu, and Orange County. From peaceful beaches and charming parks to glowing rooftops and private hideaways, we turn your chosen spot into the perfect place to ask the most important question of your life.
How far in advance should I book?
Most couples book 2–4 weeks in advance, but we can accommodate last-minute proposals, subject to availability.
How can I make a reservation?
Simply click the “Create My Dream Proposal” and complete the quick form. We’ll finalize your engagement package, confirm your booking with a deposit, and start crafting your dream wedding proposal.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather becomes unsafe or unsuitable for your proposal, we’ll work with you to reschedule, relocate, or adjust the design.
What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand plans can change. You can reschedule your proposal with at least 72 hours’ notice for no additional fee. However, additional costs may apply for rescheduling if we’ve already booked vendors or secured a specific location for your proposal.
Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable fees paid to third-party vendors or venues.
