Secure your date with a 50% deposit and receive a confirmation email. Once confirmed, we’ll craft your perfect setup.
TWO
EVENT PREPARATION
This time, we will work on preparations to ensure everything is ready for your luxury picnic on your date.
We may reach out to confirm details, like event location, and you’ll have the opportunity to make changes if needed.
THREE
EVENT DAY
One day before, you’ll receive a reminder email with a secured payment link for the remaining balance and all final details.
Arrive at your event and step into a luxury picnic setup crafted just for you. Relax, enjoy the moment, leave the cleanup to us.

What areas do you serve for your luxury picnics?
We proudly serve Los Angeles, Orange County, and Malibu, offering luxury pop-up picnics at the beach, park, private backyard, or any outdoor location of your choice.
What is included in your luxury picnic packages?
Each package includes a designer setup with handmade picnic tables, boho umbrellas, pillows, flatware, tableware, and post-clean-up services. You can customize your experience to make it perfect for your event.
Can I bring my own food, or do you provide food options?
You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks, or even a cake for your event. We’ll provide all the utensils, tableware, and serving essentials for your convenience.
We offer optional add-ons like charcuterie boards featuring gourmet cheeses, meats, dried fruits, and crackers.Â
Please note: Alcohol is prohibited at public parks and beaches, and guests are responsible for adhering to local regulations.

How can I make a reservation for my luxury picnic?
Booking your luxury picnic is easy! Use our online booking form. We will reach out to you and confirm your preferred location (beach, park, or backyard) and guest count.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change! You can reschedule your picnic with a 72-hour notice, free of charge. Additional reschedules or changes made within 72 hours of the event will incur a $150 fee. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date if rescheduled.
In case of bad weather, we allow one free rescheduling to another available date within 3 months. Conditions like heavy rain or severe winds qualify as bad weather, while cloudy or mild variations do not. Let us know as early as possible, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.
