What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

We understand plans can change. You can reschedule your proposal with at least 72 hours’ notice for no additional fee. Extra costs may apply if we have already booked vendors, purchased custom items, or secured a specific location for your proposal.

Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable fees paid to third-party vendors or venues.
