Dolce Vita Makers Contract

Dolce Vita Makers offers bespoke event planning services, including marriage proposals, luxury picnics, bachelorette parties, weddings, and other curated celebrations.

1. General Terms (Applicable to All Services)

1.1 Booking Confirmation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed prior to the event date.

1.2 Customizations
Dolce Vita Makers offers both pre-designed and custom service packages. Tailored services may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in advance.

1.3 Permits
If permits are required, Dolce Vita Makers may assist as part of its planning services. Additional charges may apply.

1.4 Right to Refuse Service
Dolce Vita Makers reserves the right to refuse service due to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violations of these terms.

1.5 Photography and Promotion
Dolce Vita Makers may use event photos or videos for promotional purposes unless written opt-out notice is provided prior to the event.

1.6 Liability Waiver
Dolce Vita Makers is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages during the event. Clients assume full responsibility for guests and property.

1.7 Force Majeure
Dolce Vita Makers is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule.

2. Luxury Picnics

2.1 Services Provided
Luxury picnic setups include curated décor, low tables, rugs, pillows, tableware, umbrellas, and selected enhancements based on the package.

2.2 Timeliness
Picnics are time-sensitive. A 15-minute grace period may apply. Delays may shorten event duration.

2.3 Supervision
Setups must not be left unattended. Dolce Vita Makers is not responsible for loss or damage due to unattended equipment.

2.4 Weather Policy
Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for rescheduling. Unsafe conditions may require relocation or rescheduling.

2.5 Equipment Care
Clients are responsible for all items. Candles are decorative only and must not be lit.

2.6 Alcohol Policy
Clients assume full responsibility for any alcohol brought to the event.

3. Proposals

Proposal services include curated setups, florals, and logistics coordination based on the selected package.

Proposals are time-sensitive. Delays may affect the experience. Weather-related changes may require relocation or rescheduling.

4. Weddings

Wedding services are governed by a separate event agreement outlining scope, timeline, and inclusions.

Rescheduling or cancellations must be requested at least 30 days in advance. Deposits remain non-refundable.

5. Bachelorette Planning

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid before the event.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 14 days’ notice. Deposits remain non-refundable.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule once free of charge with proper notice. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 fee.

7. Payments & Refunds

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable except in cases of force majeure.

8. Equipment & Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage or loss of rented items.

9. Alcohol & Liability

Clients assume all responsibility for alcohol and guest behavior.

10. Agreement

By booking with Dolce Vita Makers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
